Research and Development Center of Biological Technologies in Agriculture LLC is engaged in research and production activities in the field of agricultural biotechnology. Established on the basis of the laboratory of the biochemical plant, the enterprise currently has its own pilot-industrial production with a capacity of 200 tons per year of biological products of various nomenclatures, fitted with special equipment; microbiological, technological and analytical laboratories. STC BIO LLC has a Certificate of State Accreditation of a Scientific Organization, a certified production control laboratory. The team is led by Valery Gennadievich Pravdin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor. Developing new products, technologies for the production and use of biologically active additives for agriculture, STC BIO has mastered the pilot industrial production and sale of biological products of the KM series (microorganism concentrates): Belogor KM, Laktovit, FERM-KM, Nitragin KM, Silvit, Fitos.

The technologies are mastered in pilot industrial production, the products are sold to agricultural enterprises of the Belgorod, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Kursk regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories. Dietary supplements developed at the Center were awarded five Diplomas and Gold Medals of the Golden Autumn Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition. The activities of STC BIO LLC are carried out and supported by creative contacts with a number of scientific organizations of the country and agricultural holdings of the agro-industrial complex of the Belgorod region.

The center carries out research work under contracts with enterprises of the region, in accordance with the tasks set by the Department of the agro-industrial complex. Research and Development Center of Biological Technologies in Agriculture LLC produces and sells biologically active additives for agriculture: FERM-KM is a new generation enzyme-probiotic feed additive. FITOS is a unique organic phytosorbent for preventing mycotoxicity and gastrointestinal disorders by the means of biotransformation and binding of toxins.

LACTOVIT is a probiotic containing lactic acid bacteria: Lactovit KM-1 (for chickens and hens); Lactovit KM-50 (for suckling piglets); Lactovit KM-51 (for weaned piglets); Lactovit KM-54 (for breeding sows); Lactovit KM-61 (for calves); SANVIT is a preparation for the sanitary protection of livestock and poultry complexes; SILVIT is a starter culture for silage and haylage of forage grass. Biofertilizer NITRAGIN KM for improving the growth and development of soy. Biological fertilizer BELOGOR KM for the restoration of soil biocenosis with the provision of improved plant growth and development. The complex practical result of the usage of the FERM KM preparation is increasing the productivity of animals and poultry by stimulating metabolism, increasing digestibility of processed feed, and increasing the economic efficiency of feed rations.
